QUALIFICATIONS: |
Must be at least 19 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Possess a valid driver's license, good driving record, reliable transportation and current auto insurance. Pass background checks. Must have full range of motion, physical strength and ability to achieve and maintain required training and certification to include but not limited to: DSN agency training, Medication Aid Certification, Standard First Aid & CPR Certification; physical intervention techniques certification, and other trainings or certifications as required. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills including spelling and grammar. Coursework in a Human Services related field and/or 1 year experience supporting people with developmental disabilities and/or mental health needs. | |||||||||||||
